Courses are to be pre-paid, unless you have an account agreed with AJS Training & Assessment.
Delegates must attend every day of the course, failure to attend any of the days, full payment of the course will still be required.
Please ensure you know the course contents, ensuring it meets your training needs prior to booking.
If the course is cancelled within 10 days of the course date, full payment will still be required.
We understand there may be times when you are unable to pay on time. On these occasions, please contact us and we will discuss payment terms and grace periods.
If the invoice is not cleared within the payment terms, your outstanding invoice will be passed to a debt collection agency and charges will be added to the invoice cost.
Where AJS Training & Assessment are contracted to deliver training on behalf of another training provider, if this is cancelled within 10 days of the date of commencement, full payment of the booked period will still be required.
