This data is required to enable AJS Training & Assessment to register and accredit candidates for their qualifications and tests with third party Awarding Bodies.
Some of this data may be collected from your employer on your behalf. AJS Training & Assessment will have a record of consent for the collection of this data.

We will only share your personal data with the relevant awarding bodies for the required training.
We will not disclose your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
The length of time personal data is retained by AJS Training & Assessment is 5 years.
When we no longer require your personal data, it is disposed of safely and securely.

AJS Training & Assessment take complaints about the collection and storage of personal data seriously. If you think that our use of personal data is unfair, misleading or inappropriate, please raise this with ourselves in the first instance.
